Oatmeal!!!!! so warm so comforting and most importantly filled with healthy carbs and antioxidants. So if your trying to maintain a healthy weight or lose it put down the ice cream,candy or chips and whip up some oatmeal. Use brown sugar instead of white and you can drop in some almonds pecans or even raisins for a little extra flavor and its a snack you wont regret in the morning. Enjoy!!!
